30-day in-person nutrition program

Here’s what’s included:

1) 30-Day Guide: This takes the guesswork out of what to eat. You’ll stay on track with a list of foods, the program details and daily accountability checklists.
2) Recipe Guide: This is your go-to for over 40 recipes. You’ll gain practical help on what oils to cook with, how to store vegetables, how to make a filling protein shake and much more.
3) Grocery Store Tour: We’ll go together to the grocery store. This takes the guesswork out of what to purchase. Your Grocery Store Guide provides brand names of over 100 healthy and tasty foods and snacks.
4) Pantry Reboot: I’ll invade your space, either virtually or in-person and we’ll go through your pantry together. Or, you can come to me! You’ll receive a Pantry Reboot Guide with healthier pantry options.
5) Cooking Demonstrations: Together we’ll chop vegetables, do meal prep or tackle any hang ups you may have in your kitchen.
6) Meal Prep Recommendations: Remember that quote by Ben Franklin, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail?” It’s so true!
7) Dining Out Guidance: This empowers you to stay social and make great choices.
8) Daily Accountability: You’ll send me your daily accountability checklist so we stay connected throughout your journey.
9) Four phone calls over the course of your 30 days.

This option is $800. 

30-day nutrition program

This option is exactly like the 30-Day In-Person Nutrition Program with a couple exceptions. So what’s different? It excludes the in-person option and, therefore, decreases the cost.  We wouldn’t do a cooking demonstration and, instead of me going to the grocery store with you or into your home for a pantry reboot, you simply receive the Guides.   

This option is $400. 

Ms. independent 

You just want someone to give you a plan, and then get out of the way! There’s no hand-holding here! You’ll receive all of the materials for the 30-Day Nutrition Program and then you’ll be off and running.  

This option is $200.

With food marketing being over a billion dollar industry, the grocery store can be confusing, to say the least! Is this food actually healthy for me or is it just the label that’s shouting it’s healthy? If I want a snack, what are some healthy options that actually taste good? And what’s all this hype around non-GMO and organic food? Is it really worth the extra money?

Let’s get all your questions answered.  We’ll meet at the grocery store and walk down your favorite aisles.  You’ll receive a helpful Grocery Store Guide with 100 name-brand alternatives that are not only healthy and tasty, but practical for your daily life.
